We provide many different types of support tailored to support your individual needs.  Some support types include: 
 
  • Support with everyday tasks that you need to do around the home including food preparation, shopping, budget support, cleaning, personal care
  • Support to attend appointments and connect to services  
  • Learning new hobbies and skills and support to go out into the community and connect with different fun things to do around Adelaide 
  • Going out to the beach, parks, walks, learning gentle exercise movements and creating and maintaining a healthy life balance.
  • Community Nursing Care with a qualified nurse coming right to your home
  • Supported independent living accommodation vacancies
  • Learning out to catch public transport and become more independent

We provide support across all hours day and night with our 24/7 support.

If you have funding in your plan to have a Support Coordinator, we can talk with you about how to find Support Coordinators who can support you with your NDIS plan.
