Overseas Disclosure
We primarily store and process personal information using systems and service providers located in Australia.
Certain technical service providers used in connection with our mobile application, including Google LLC, may process limited technical data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. This is limited to data required for the operation of push notification services, such as device identifiers and notification tokens.
Where personal information is disclosed to an overseas recipient, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient handles that information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and applicable privacy laws.
If this position changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
Mobile Application and Push Notifications
Our staff mobile application uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a service provided by Google, to deliver work-related notifications, alerts, roster updates, messages and other operational communications.
To enable these services, the application automatically generates and collects certain device-specific identifiers, including Firebase Installation IDs (FID) and push notification registration tokens. These identifiers may be transmitted to Google services and to our secure servers for the purpose of delivering notifications, maintaining application functionality, enhancing security, troubleshooting technical issues and supporting internal communications.
These identifiers are not used for advertising purposes and are not sold or disclosed to third-party advertisers. We use this information only for legitimate business purposes related to the operation, security and performance of our services.
These identifiers are retained only while the application remains installed and the associated staff account remains active. They are deleted on uninstallation, on logout, or on deactivation of the staff account.
Device Information and Technical Data
When using our mobile application, we may collect limited technical information about the device and application, including device identifiers, operating system information, application version and IP address. This information is used to maintain the security, reliability and performance of our systems, investigate technical issues and improve the user experience.
Application Permissions
The application may request access to device features including notifications, location, camera, microphone, and storage. Permissions are requested only where required for a specific function and may be declined or withdrawn at any time. Declining a permission will disable only the associated feature.
Location Data
Goodwill ProCare may collect and process information about your location when you access or use our mobile app. Location data is collected for the purpose of improving the services we offer, such as providing location-based functionality or enhancing user experience.
The types of location data collected may include:
I. Precise GPS-based location data (if you have granted permission),
II. Approximate location based on IP address or Wi-Fi network.
You can manage your location preferences and permissions through your device settings. We do not share precise location data with third parties unless explicitly required by law or with your consent.

Your personal information will not be disclosed to recipients outside Australia unless you expressly request us to do so.
